Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actress and singer. She is known for her work in the theatre and also her role in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. In 2006, she recorded a cover version of the timeless Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania.
